Web Design
Why your business needs a great website
Your website is usually the first place someone checks before they decide to contact you. If it looks outdated, slow or confusing, people leave and move on to someone else. A good website makes a strong first impression and gives visitors confidence in your business.
A great website helps you:
- Look professional from the moment someone lands on your page
- Explain your services clearly so people know exactly what you offer
- Stand out from competitors who rely on old templates or messy layouts
- Get found on Google with fast loading speeds and proper SEO structure
- Turn visitors into enquiries with simple navigation and clear calls to action
- Look great on mobile, tablet and desktop so you never lose a potential client
Your website is one of the most important tools your business has. When it looks good and works properly, it becomes a real asset that helps your company grow.

Work with me
I’ve spent years working across photography, videography, digital media and web design. I’ve built sites for churches, charities, small businesses and local organisations, and I understand how important it is for your website to feel genuine, purposeful and easy to use.
A background in creative digital content
I have a background in creating visual content and running digital media for organisations, so I understand how people read, click and move through a website. I design with that in mind, keeping things clear, uncluttered and visually appealing.
WordPress and Squarespace
I design on both platforms because different businesses need different things. If you want flexibility and room to grow, WordPress is ideal. If you want simplicity and speed, Squarespace is perfect.
SEO
I have an in-depth understanding of SEO and how to get websites seen on search engines. I provide you with a simple plan for how to implement SEO to maximise your business reach.

Services
I design clean, modern websites that are easy to use and simple to manage. I work with both WordPress and Squarespace, depending on what suits your business best.

The Process
1. Initial chat
We talk about your business, what you need from your website and any ideas you already have. This helps me understand your goals and the style you’re aiming for.
2. Planning
I put together a simple plan for your site. This includes the pages you need, the structure and any content you’ll provide. Once you’re happy, we move on to the design.
3. Design
I create the layout and visual style for your site. You’ll see how everything looks before anything is built, and you can request changes at this stage.
4. Build
I build your site on WordPress or Squarespace, depending on what suits your business. This is where everything comes together and starts to feel real.
5. Review
You check the site and we make any final adjustments. I make sure everything works properly, loads quickly and looks good on all devices.
6. Launch
Once you’re happy, we publish the site. I handle the technical side so you don’t have to worry about anything.
7. Support
After launch, I show you how to update your site confidently. You’ll know how to edit text, change images and keep things up to date.
FAQs
Most websites take around three to five weeks from start to finish. The exact time depends on how many pages you need, how quickly content is provided and whether the site is being built on WordPress or Squarespace. I keep the process straightforward and give you clear updates as we go, so you always know what stage we’re at.
I don’t provide hosting myself, but I can help you choose the right option and set everything up. For WordPress sites, I’ll guide you through picking a reliable host and make sure your domain, SSL and email are all connected properly. Squarespace includes hosting, so everything is handled for you inside your account.
Yes. If you already have a website, I can either refresh the design or rebuild it properly on WordPress or Squarespace. We’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t and decide whether it’s better to improve what you have or start again with a cleaner, more modern layout.
Yes. After your site is live, I can help with updates, small changes or general support whenever you need it. You’re not tied into a contract, and you can choose support only if you want it.
Yes. I design websites on both WordPress and Squarespace. WordPress is great if you need flexibility and room to grow, and Squarespace is ideal if you want something simple to manage. I’ll help you choose the platform that fits your business best.
